Now take a moment to listen. Not to your own thoughts whizzing around your head, but other noises around you (traffic in the distance, birds singing, your tummy rumbling). Really hear it. Breathe.
Feel something close to you. Your clothes, your desk, the ground below your feet. Notice the texture, patterns, rough or smooth. Really feel it. Breathe.
Now take a moment to appreciate the amazing human being you are, someone who can pause to reconnect with themselves. I am who I am. Breathe.
