It's FRIYAY 🙌🏼 and it's the kick off of ROUND 4 for our Strong Body Bootcamp!
For those are new, I teamed up with on of my best friends and we run a local ladies bootcamp! Between us are personal trainer, Pilates, group fitness, & nutrition consulting certs, and we have both been in fitness for about 3 years! We absolutely L O V E what we do, and our ladies have the results to prove it.
Here are the deets! • We will meet 3 times a week for 4 weeks! Classes are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and we have a 10am or a 5:30pm class. • Bootcamp will run from Aug 28th - Sept 22
• We have childcare in the morning class only. • Our classes are 45 minutes, and types of workouts vary between HIIT training, resistance training with no weights, strength training with weights, circuit style, and plyometrics. Trust me, you or your body won't get bored. • Because we promote strength and growth, we don't take weight or measurements. We complete a Fit Test on the first and last class so that you can see how much you have improved physically, and we take before and after photos so that you can SEE the changes in your body. This is probably one of my favorite pieces to this camp! Seeing the results women have & getting to see *their* face when they see it is incredible! • We have 2 optional meal plans from you to choose from if you need guidance with your nutrition!
• Because we promote strong women, friendships, and community, we will end our camp with a celebratory get together to celebrate all the hard work put in! A time where yoga pants are optional, and we get to laugh, get to know each other, and relax! • Music is blasted and I will drop multiple dance moves throughout class. 💃🏻
• Because we want to work in a smaller setting with people so that we can get to know each individual, their story, their goals, etc, space is limited. • Cost for the 4 week bootcamp and everything it comes with is $75. (Which without including the meal plans, community, one on one time, etc, is only like 6 bucks a class!) Alright friends, that's it!
