🍞Carbs are great source of nutrients with benefits such as Vit A & C , iron ,fibre and antioxidants (for healthy skin, good digestion,heart , brain and muscle functions).Studies and researches have shown that inclusion of carbs in diet can improve memory, mood ,heart health and promote weight loss. 🤙🏽Dfb recommends : Avoiding processed food , refined sugars completely if you can ( or leave it for special occasions not everyday )
Opt for complex carbs high in starches & fibre to keep you fuller longer such as oats, sweet potato, pumpkin, beans, lentils,berries, bananas,quinoa, barley to name a FEW.
